FAQ’s
PARKING: We have a small LOT to the right of our building and a QR code paid lot to the left os us. We also recommend parking on Madison Road at a meter or Ward Street, one block to the right. Ward has lots of free street parking. WE ARE ALSO PERMITTED TO USE THE PARKING LOT ACROSS THE STREET AT THE MADISON QUICK STOP.
CANCELLATION POLICY: if you can no longer make your scheduled class, please cancel on our app or website 4 hours before your scheduled class by logging into your account on our site or app to avoid losing your class credit (class pack) or being charged a $10 cancellation fee (members) OR $15 NO SHOW FEE. We get it, life happens so please shoot us an email at info@dancefactoryfitness.com or give the studio a call in case of emergency (513) 271-7111
NO DANCE EXPERIENCE? NO PROB!: Our dance classes were designed for non dancers with no formal dance training. They are meant to give you a kick ass workout regardless of your dancing ability in a fun, carefree environment. Still not sure? Try one of our other classes like Sculpt or Strength to get familiar with moving to the beat and level up from there.
STUDIO AMENITIES: This studio is AT THE LEVEL! We’ve got bottled water and other bevy’s, we’ve got merch and swag, showers with Aveda products, sweat and shower towels, blow dryers, yoga mats and equipment is all provided for no additional cost and did we mention the nightclub vibe? You may never want to leave!
CHILDCARE: We got chu Mama! For ages 6 months - 7 years we have FREE childcare for our unlimited members and if you’re just checking us out or paying with a class pack, you can buy a childcare single credit or pack. Children must be pre registered. The playroom is first come first served.
KIDS CLASSES: this is a no tights zone. Our Kids Hip Hop classes are a fun introduction to dance without the strict, traditional atmosphere. Purchase a kids membership so they can dance while you sweat in the other room. There is no prior experience required but, please register your child within their age group for an appropriate learning environment.
