ADULT FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
We’re looking for experienced Dance and Sculpt/Strength instructors to lead dynamic, beat-based classes across our formats. Ideal candidates are passionate fitness professionals who deliver high-quality workouts, motivate participants of all levels, and strengthen the sense of community that defines Dance Factory Fitness.
KIDS DANCE teacher and/or “PARTY STARTER”
Don’t have interest or experience in fitness but still want to teach dance and be a part of our instructor community? Join us as a kids’ dance instructor or birthday party starter and bring energy, creativity, and fun to classes and birthday celebrations designed just for kids.
WERK STUDY PROGRAM
Not interested in teaching? No problem! Join our WERK Study Program and trade a few hours of work each week at the front desk or in childcare for class credits. You’ll gain experience, be part of our fun, supportive community, and enjoy perks like free classes, childcare, and discounts on retail.
