DANCE CARDIO

The class that made us famous! Our high intensity, cardio focused dance class features a DJ mixed playlist and 3 sculpt sections. This is a follow-along class with simple, repetitive dance moves so everyone can feel successful. It’s a super fun cardio workout and great for new clients!

CHOREO

This class is lower impact than our Dance Cardio class and features even more dancing! We start out with a fun, follow along warmup, head into a full body sculpt section, and then end with 8 choreographed dances for you to learn and slay! We switch our dances every 6 weeks to keep you motivated and moving and crushin new moves at all times!

SCULPT

Pilates meets functional fitness training in this strength based class that focuses on high reps with lots of fun toys: resistance bands, gliders, pilates balls, dumbbells and body weight for a full body burn. A lower impact class that’s great for all levels with lots of modifications.

STRENGTH

This class features slower movement and heavier weight than our Sculpt class. We’ll focus on form, control, and progressive overload using heavier dumbbells, barbells, and other fun props to challenge every major muscle group. Expect longer sets, more rest between rounds, and a powerful full-body workout designed to help you lift heavier, move better, and feel stronger.

CARDIO BARRE

A fusion of ballet-inspired Barre work and high-energy cardio intervals, Cardio Barre tones every part of your body while keeping your heart pumping. Perfectly paced, this follow-along workout layers classic barre movements (think pulses, lifts, & weight-transfer balance work) with bursts of dynamic cardio—all set to a super fun, motivating playlist!
