PACKAGES, SCHEDULE & HEADCOUNT

Every birthday party package includes:
  • 1.5-hour private rental of one of our studios
  • Set-up of kiddie-sized tables and chairs
  • Dance party led by one of our trained instructors
  • Follow-along dance cardio warmup
  • "Party Dances" with glow sticks under the black lights
  • 1 to 2 choreographed dances
  • Musical chairs or free dancing
  • Full break-down and studio clean-up
All kids sitting at the party table count towards your total headcount. Do not worry if you are unsure of your final number. Just give us your best guess when you book, and we will charge your balance at the end of the party based on the actual guests that attend.
Pick your party type, size and date above to see every open time. Weekend parties start as early as 11:30 AM, and we offer weekday and evening times too, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings for adult parties. Need a time you don't see? Email parties@dancefactoryfitness.com.
Two quick steps. Step 1: pick your package, date and time and save your details. That holds your time and emails you a copy with a Booking ID. Step 2: pay the $100 deposit (the button on the screen or the link in your email). That officially books it. Your final balance is settled at the end of the party based on who actually came.

FOOD, DRINKS & WHAT TO BRING

Yes! You are welcome to have pizza delivered, bring any snacks and treats you'd like, or select our catering add-on above. Please only provide water for the kids (no juice boxes on the dance floor).
If you do not add our Table Decor package, please bring: plastic tablecloths, paper plates, napkins, utensils, bottled water for the kids, cake knife, candles, all snacks/food, and cake.

ARRIVAL, PARKING & CLEANUP

We open 30 minutes prior to your party start time for setup. If you need more time than that, an extra 30 minutes can be added for $100.
We have a small lot to the right of our building with designated spots or a paid lot to the left. There is also metered parking on Madison Road or free street parking on Ward St (one block West). You are also permitted to park at the Madison Quick Stop lot directly across the street!
All you have to do after the party is pack up and take home what you brought, and we will handle the rest! To keep things running smoothly, please plan to head out within 15 minutes of your party's end (a $50 fee may apply if extra time is needed).
